Who can benefit from the Buteyko Method?

Is it hard to learn the method?
No, even very young kids can learn it (with parental guidance and supervision).

If your morning CP is 40 seconds or more you're breathing is LSD (light, slow, deep), you naturally sleep around 4-5 hours and your physical activity is higher than average: Congratulations! You can still learn the theory (physiology) and practice/incorporate elements of the method in your daily life to become healthier or break new PRs or deepen your Yoga sessions.
